Who are the Narrative Consulting Group?
The Narrative Consulting Group was founded by Brad Pashby as a way to provide Corporate Governance, Director & Board Leadership services to organizations in need.
Brad is a proven operator, leader, board member, and team builder.
For 20 years, Brad built one of the pre-eminent financial planning practices in Vancouver, assembling a team of motivated advisors who served up financial planning strategy and advice to some of Vancouver’s leading entrepreneurs and professionals.
Upon successful exit from this business, Brad became partner in Axiom B.I MC Group of Companies, a Family office based in Vancouver. Brad’s unique combination of skills (leadership, strategy, team building, governance, analytics, and risk mitigation) are a great fit for this business platform.
Brad describes the change from financial planning to the family office realm as, “making the shift from client service to counterparty. We now own and help our businesses grow instead of being advisors on the sideline watching others build equity.”
Brad has always liked to oscillate between the long-range view and the minute details when looking at things. This executive skill helps when assessing deals, assembling leadership teams, and building on the Axiom family office legacy. Success seems to find Brad when he can express his passion for crafting strategic plans while surrounding himself with the right team members.
Brad enjoys work and service at the Director/board level (both at the Volunteer and Private Enterprise levels) and is open to new directorship opportunities that complement his experience and interests.

Brad is an avid traveller and when not adventuring around the world with his family, he can be found swimming, biking, and running.
